Bakers pizza

Homemade oven cooked pizza.

Bakers pizza is a snack enjoyed everywhere in Italy, enjoyed both piping hot from the bakery, or cold as a snack.

Our pizza follow a quite successful family recipe and can be ordered by the tray:

Each tray contain 4 big slices.

Orders need to be made with 24 hours notice. This is because we use freshly made dough (65% hydration, 20 h controlled temperature, 4 h room temperature) and we will not compromise on quality. Good taste require patience
